About the Role

We seek a driven Business Development Specialist to accelerate our on-ground growth and market expansion for our HMS + Pharmacy solutions. This full-stack Business Development role combines field sales execution with strategic deal ownership. You will manage the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting, demos, closing, and successful onboarding. Ideal for a startup environment enthusiast seeking high ownership in building a healthcare SaaS business from scratch.


Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target hospitals, clinics, and pharmacy chains; generate qualified leads via field visits, outreach, referrals, and events; and map key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demos, drive consultative sales, manage pilots, negotiate commercials and closures, and own monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Build relationships with healthcare groups and partners, identify enterprise opportunities, and drive referral and channel partnerships.
  • Support new client onboarding and go-live, coordinate with product/implementation teams for smooth deployments, and ensure strong early-stage customer experience.
  • Gather competitor insights, share field feedback for product and positioning improvement, and contribute to GTM strategy and packaging.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data, track demos, pilots, closures, and forecasts, and report performance to leadership.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 16 years of experience in healthcare sales, SaaS, HMS, pharma, or medical devices
  • Strong field sales and client-facing experience
  • Ability to conduct demos and close institutional deals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
