Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in product engineering and embedded design services. The role focuses on global business generation, lead development, account growth, and customer onboarding for embedded software and hardware design services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development for embedded software and hardware design services
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target accounts
  • Execute lead generation strategies across global markets
  • Develop and implement sales and account growth strategies
  • Manage customer onboarding and long-term account relationships
  • Engage with decision-makers and stakeholders across customer organizations
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and closures
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Track pipeline, opportunities, and revenue forecasts

Required Qualifications

  • Engineering degree with proven experience in business development
  • 58 years of experience selling product engineering / embedded design services
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and account management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with global customers is preferred
  • Self-driven mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced environments
