Role Purpose

The Business Development Executive (Fresher Level) will support Avtars growth by identifying prospects, generating leads, assisting in client engagement, and supporting sales initiatives across Avtars recruitment and non-recruitment solutions. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in consultative sales, HR solutions, and workplace culture consulting.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential organizations and decision-makers (HR, TA, L&D, DEI)
  • Generate leads through research, cold outreach, referrals, events, and digital platforms
  • Maintain and update prospect databases and CRM systems

Sales Support & Client Engagement

  • Support senior team members in pitching Avtars solutions including:
  • Recruitment & inclusive hiring solutions
  • Workplace culture & DEI consulting
  • Training, capability building & certification programs
  • Research, conferences, and digital platforms like myAvtar.com
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings and follow-ups
