Job Description
Join our dynamic Business Development team at Amazon Pay, where you'll drive growth for our Gift Card and Voucher business through strategic partnerships and corporate client relationships.
In this role, you'll develop and execute business strategies to expand our payout channels, working directly with key decision
- makers across e
- commerce, gaming, and fintech industries.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive gift card sales through B2B2C, gaming, and corporate payout channels
Identify and onboard new corporate clients by providing tailored solutions for consumer promotion, loyalty, and reward programs
Build and maintain long
- term relationships with corporate clients and partners to increase adoption of Amazon gift cards
Analyze performance metrics and prepare comprehensive business reviews for stakeholders
Execute end
- to
- end project management for new product implementations across multiple business channels
Collaborate with cross
- functional teams including Product, Program, and Operations to drive business initiatives
A day in the life
Your day might begin with analyzing performance metrics from existing partnerships, followed by a client meeting to discuss implementing a new rewards program.
You'll collaborate with internal teams to solve technical integration challenges and spend time prospecting potential new clients.
You'll also participate in strategic planning sessions to identify growth opportunities and prepare data
- driven presentations for business reviews.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales pipeline management and full sales cycle execution
- 2+ years of experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics
- Experience with data analysis using Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales within the technology or financial services industry
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Experience with data visualization tools and SQL
- Understanding of payment systems and e
- commerce business models
- Track record of successful client relationship management in corporate environments
- Experience in managing complex, multi
- stakeholder projects
- Proven ability to analyze data and present insights to drive business decisions
