- Identify and research potential clients using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, online platforms, and databases
- Qualify leads thoughtfully, focusing on fit, intent, and long-term value
- Work closely with the sales team to align on target markets, ICPs, and outreach strategy
- Drive outbound outreach through clear, personalized, and persuasive communication
- Keep CRM data clean, current, and meaningful
- Track market trends, competitors, and new lead-generation tools to stay ahead
- Continuously refine your approach to improve response rates and conversions
What were looking for
- 37 years of hands-on experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales
- Mandatory experience in an IT services or software services company
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead-gen platforms
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to engage decision-makers
