Understand their business model, cash flows and funding needs

Structure solutions through AICA such as:

• Working Capital
• Secured / Unsecured Loans
• Invoice Discounting
• Structured Debt
• Asset-backed Financing

Build a strong pipeline and drive deals from origination closure

People who enjoy:

Ideal background:

37 years in SME lending / corporate banking / NBFC / fintech / credit advisory

Strong understanding of financial statements and credit structures

Experience interacting with promoters and CFOs

Work at the intersection of SMEs, Partners, fintech, and capital markets.

Exposure to Banks, NBFCs, AIFs and private credit lenders.

Build relationships with Indias next generation of business leaders.
