Position: Business Development - Senior Assistant Manager

Job Locations: Mumbai, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Indore, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Patna

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of new Individual Financial Advisors( IFAs) as loan partners to set up the business.
• Focus on achieving sales with the new IFA targets.
• Conduct concept and product training for existing partners and new IFAs.
• Manage and enhance relationships in the NJ Wealth network in the allocated branches.
• Closely work with the NJ sales and product team for the growth and support of LAS(loan against securities), CL (consumer loans), and partner loans.
• Preparing daily, monthly & other MIS as and when required by the superior.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree, M.Com, or MBA.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the financial services sector & NBFCs, is highly desirable.
• Product Knowledge: Prior experience with Loan Against Securities (LAS) or other loan products is a significant plus. Candidates from a loan background eager to transition into a specialized product will also be considered.
• Compensation: The salary range for this position is 6 LPA to 7 LPA fixed + 5 monthly CTC variable (depending upon the performance), which will be determined based on your experience, education, and the city of placement.
