Job Title: Business Development & Sales Manager (Medical Devices)

Location: Kochi

Key Responsibilities

Identify and meet ICU doctors, nursing leaders, biomedical engineers, and purchase managers in hospitals / Senior Care / other clinical Environments.

Build relationships with medical device distributors and hospital stakeholders.

Travel across assigned districts/states to meet hospitals and conduct product demos and continuously follow up wit the KOLs for conversion

Conduct product demonstrations training sessions for hospital stakeholders.

Organize CME sessions and awareness programs for doctors and nurses.

Generate new leads and support marketing campaigns.

Maintain clear sales pipeline documentation in Zoho CRM.

Who are we looking for?

• Industry Expertise: 410 years of experience in building and managing healthcare partnerships in different healthcare channels, physician liaison roles, or premium medical device channel sales.
• Good connection with Critical Care Doctors / Intensivist / Surgeons / PMR doctors / Chief Nursing Officers in the Kerala Geography
• Knows medical device distributors who sells to both private and government hospitals
• Good connection with Purchase Managers / Biomedical Staff of Hospitals and Senior Care
• Have already conducted CME's in Hospitals and other Clinical Settings
• Have created Impactful Marketing campaigns for medical products before.
• A proactive professional who understands that partnerships are built in the field, not behind a desk.
• Someone who can map out complex decision-making processes in both government and private healthcare settings.
