Job Responsibilities Business Development

As an Employee in our Telecommunications Company, you will play a key role in supporting business operations, market expansion, and strategic planning. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Market Research & Analysis

Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, growth opportunities, and competitive challenges.

Analyze competitor strategies, pricing models, and market positioning.

Assess and report on global and domestic market size and potential.

2. Business Development Support

Assist in identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and client segments.

Support the business development team in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing strategies.

Contribute to lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to business performance and market trends.

Prepare structured reports, dashboards, and visual presentations for management review.

Support data-driven decision-making processes.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with teams across marketing, operations, finance, and technology departments.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Gain a holistic understanding of telecom business operations.

5. Business Planning & Process Development

Assist in developing business plans for support facilities and post-sales services.

Support the creation and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for repair and maintenance activities.

Contribute to improving operational efficiency and customer service standards.
