Job Description:


We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify, connect with, and qualify potential customers. The BDR will be the first point of contact for prospects and will play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for the sales team.


Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Make outbound calls and send personalized emails to generate interest
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (need, interest, fit)
  • Schedule product demos or meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in CRM tools
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture early-stage opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for calls, meetings, and qualified leads



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • 0-3 years of experience as an SDR.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with prospects effectively.
  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions to understand customer needs.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
