Job Description

Role Summary:

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating qualified leads and creating new business opportunities for Knack RCM through proactive outbound outreach, research-driven targeting, and effective engagement with healthcare decision-makers.

Mumbai / Mohali


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads
  • Identify, research, and engage potential prospects across hospitals, medical groups, and healthcare networks
  • Qualify leads based on defined ideal customer profile ICP and hand off opportunities to the sales team
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline updates in CRM tools like Hubspot
  • Achieve monthly KPIs across outreach volume, meetings booked, and opportunity creation
  • Represent Knack RCMs value proposition clearly and professionally in all interactions
