Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving growth, wed love to have you on our team!


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in the end-to-end sales process, including cold calls, client engagement, and deal closure.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to closing.
  • Develop sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to meet client needs.
  • Conduct market research and provide valuable insights to the sales team.
  • Identify and research potential clients, partners, and market segments to generate qualified leads.
  • Utilize various channels, such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking events, for lead generation.
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop joint initiatives and co-branded campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to ensure strategic advantage.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support sales and marketing strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a tech startup or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of lead generation and deal closures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Analytical mindset to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms; experience with SaaS is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • A high degree of integrity, creativity, and a customer-centric approach.
