About the Role
We're looking for a driven BDR to own the top of our sales funnel. Your job is simple to define, hard to execute: book qualified meetings with the right people. You won't be running sales calls you'll be making sure the right buyers show up to them.
You'll build our outbound playbook from scratch, own your pipeline metrics, and propose the tools and sequences that work. This is a high-ownership, zero-handholding role.

What You'll Do
- Build and execute outbound sequences across email and LinkedIn targeting global markets (US, Europe, APAC)
- Research and identify high-fit prospects across our target segments
- Qualify inbound interest and route to founders
- Build our outbound playbook messaging, personas, sequences from the ground up
- Propose and manage the outbound tooling stack (Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Own the booked + showed-up meeting metric
- Track, report, and iterate on what's working

What We're Looking For
- 24 years of outbound BDR experience at a software agency, dev shop, or tech services company this is a strong preference, not a nice-to-have
- Proven track record of booking qualified meetings with technical or product buyers (founders, CTOs, product leads)
- Strong written English you'll be reaching global buyers daily
- Comfortable building from zero with no playbook handed to you
- Data-driven: you know what's working and cut what isn't
- Has strong opinions on outbound tooling and can own the stack

Fixed base salary + conversion bonus + monthly kicker for exceeding meeting targets
