Business Development Manager(VP cum BDM) At kochi

VP -BDM : Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Vice President Business Development & Management to lead and grow our Industrial / Process Automation and Digitalization business in the Kochi (Kerala) region. The role demands strong leadership, international exposure, and a proven track record in project execution and sales within the automation domain.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Total Experience: 10- 20 Years ( With at least 10 years of core experience in Process Automation (mandatory))

Strong exposure to Industrial Automation, Process Automation, or Digitalization solutions

Proven experience working with Siemens and/or Rockwell Automation (international exposure is mandatory)

Demonstrated success in both Project Management and Sales / Business Development roles

Prior experience in people management and team leadership at a senior level

Experience handling large industrial clients and complex automation projects

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities

High level of professionalism and presentability

Ability to work with global stakeholders and multicultural teams

Strong understanding of process industries, automation systems, and digital solutions

People who are looking to settle in Kochi, Kerala is more preferred.
