Job Description
Aurm is a premium, technology-driven locker solution designed for modern residential communities. As we expand across multiple cities, we are building a strong on-ground B2C sales team to drive customer adoption through direct engagement and high-conversion sales execution.
We are hiring Business Development Managers (BDM B2C) for a pure Individual Contributor role. The role involves direct customer interaction, on-site sales activations, product demonstrations, and independent deal closures within residential societies.

- Drive B2C sales by engaging directly with residents at assigned societies
- Execute on-ground sales activities including kiosks, activations, and demos
- Explain product features, pricing plans, and membership benefits to customers
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close sales independently
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate with internal operations teams for smooth customer onboarding
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Represent the Aurm brand professionally at all customer touchpoints
- 26 years of experience in B2C / field sales
- Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
- Comfortable with on-ground work, site visits, and weekend activations
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
- Prior experience in real estate, BFSI, telecom, retail, or subscription sales is an advantage
- High-ownership Individual Contributor role
