About Us:

Zealwise Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing outsourcing company delivering high-quality design, drafting, and business support services to international markets. We are seeking a highly professional and performance-driven Business Development Manager who can consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while leading and motivating a dynamic sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Inside Sales team to consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Handle international sales processes, particularly in B2B.
  • Drive outbound sales activities including cold calling, email marketing, and sales campaigns in international markets.
  • Conduct market research, prospecting, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor high-performing sales campaigns.
  • Lead sales meetings and virtual presentations on Microsoft Teams/Google Meet with international prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and ensure steady revenue generation.
  • Develop and implement new sales strategies and growth plans.
  • Motivate and mentor team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Make sure that all the team members are achieving monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular internal sales meetings and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments for boosting sales activities.
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally while maintaining a strong follow-up strategy.
  • Ensure disciplined execution of sales activities and reporting.
  • Work flexibly in rotational shifts to align with international time zones.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 58 years of proven experience in Business Development / International B2B Sales.
  • Strong experience in managing sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales (cold calling, email marketing, inside sales).
  • Hands-on experience in international market research and prospecting.
  • Proven track record of generating annual revenue and achieving financial targets.
  • Expertise in delivering impactful sales presentations to international clients.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to design and execute high-response email marketing campaigns.
  • Highly disciplined, professional, and target-oriented.
  • Strong resilience in handling sales rejections.
  • Ability to initiate new strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent team leadership and coordination skills.
