Business Development Manager

Zaveri Bros Diamonds & Gold Sadashivanagar, Bangalore

We are looking for one sharp, driven, high-ownership individual to work directly with the founder in building and expanding Zaveri Bros in Sadashiv Nagar, Bengaluru.

This is not a regular retail job. This is a growth role for someone who wants to build something and be challenged.

You will work closely with the founder to:

• Build new client relationships
• Drive business development initiatives
• Identify new opportunities and partnerships
• Explore places and platforms to showcase jewellery
• Be actively involved in on-ground sales
• Assist in collection launches and previews
• Contribute to strategy, marketing ideas, and client engagement
• Take ownership of growth targets

This role requires someone who thinks like a partner not an employee.

Someone who:

• Is highly driven and ambitious
• Has strong confidence and communication skills
• Can take independent decisions
• Has high ownership and accountability
• Is comfortable interacting with high-end clientele
• Is willing to learn deeply about jewellery
• Has a starter mindset (proactive, not reactive)

Prior experience in sales, business development, luxury retail, or relationship-driven businesses is preferred.

• Fixed base salary

You will:

• Work directly with the Head of Bangalore and Co-founders
• Be part of strategic decisions
• Build something from the ground up
• Gain exposure to luxury retail and client relationship building
• Learn jewellery, sourcing, launches, and brand building

• Bachelors Degree in English (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, luxury retail, client relationship management, or related fields
• Strong command over spoken and written English
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
