Job Description

We are looking for an experiencedBusiness Development Managerwith a strong background indigital marketing sales. The ideal candidate must have proven experience inclient acquisition, lead generation, and deal closureusing platforms likeLinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other B2B channels.

You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, converting them into paying clients, and managing the end-to-end onboarding process.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outreach
  • Generate high-quality leads throughLinkedIn Outreach, Email Marketing, Cold Calling & Networking
  • Actively source clients viaUpwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other bidding platforms
  • Identify and target potential businesses requiring digital marketing services
Sales & Client Conversion
  • Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements
  • Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Website Development, Branding, etc.)
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
Client Onboarding & Coordination
  • Handle completeclient onboardingafter deal closure
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, SEO, Ads, Design, Development)
  • Ensure smooth project handover and clear scope communication
Relationship Management
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional digital services
  • Maintain accurate client and lead data in CRM
Reporting & Performance
  • Maintain daily/weekly sales reports
  • Track conversion ratios, revenue, and pipeline status
  • Meet or exceed assigned KPIs and sales targets
Required Skills & ExpertiseMandatory Skills
  • 5+ years of experienceinBusiness Development / Sales for a Digital Marketing Agency
  • Strong expertise in:
  • LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation
  • Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer & other bidding portals
  • Client acquisition & deal closure
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding ofdigital marketing services & pricing models
Technical & Sales Skills
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Web Development
  • Proposal creation & pricing negotiation
  • CRM tools (TeleCRM, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Sales funnel & pipeline management
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Monthly revenue targets
  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Conversion rate (Lead Client)
  • Client onboarding success rate
  • Retention & upsell performance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with bothinternational clients and Domestic clients
  • Agency background is mandatory
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and process-focused mindset
