Job Role:
We are looking for a results-driven D365 Sales professional to drive new business acquisition, manage enterprise accounts, and grow Microsoft Dynamics 365 services and licensing revenue. This role focuses on solution selling rather than pure product sales.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, Power Platform).
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, and Business Leaders to understand business challenges.
- Collaborate with presales and solution architects to position the right D365 solutions.
- Own pipeline management, forecasting, and deal closures.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and commercial negotiations.
- Build strong relationships with Microsoft, partners, and ecosystem vendors.
- Meet and exceed assigned revenue and booking targets.
Required Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / ERP / CRM sales.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise or mid-market D365 deals.
- Strong understanding of:
- D365 CE & F&O value propositions
- Power Platform ecosystem
- Licensing and commercial models
- Experience in consultative / solution selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
