Business Development Manager
Hospitality Recruitment & International Internship Programs
Location: Marol Mumbai (with travel)
We are a 25-year-old Hospitality Recruitment & Immigration firm specialising in placing hotel management students in structured international internship programs across countries such as the USA, Spain, New Zealand, and the Middle East.
We partner with reputed hotels and hospitality groups worldwide to provide students with career-enhancing global exposure and structured training opportunities.
As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to strengthen our institutional partnerships and drive student enrolments.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & College Tie-Ups
- Identify and establish partnerships with Hotel Management Colleges, Institutes, and Universities.
- Develop and secure institutional tie-ups for overseas internship programs.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and career orientation sessions for students.
- Build long-term relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), Principals, and management teams.
- Generate new leads and expand the institutional network across Mumbai and other regions.
Client Servicing & Relationship Management
- Manage end-to-end coordination with partnered colleges.
- Guide students regarding internship program structure, eligibility, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal processing and visa teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain strong post-placement relationships with institutions.
- Ensure high satisfaction levels and repeat business from partner colleges.
Revenue & Target Management
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets.
- Develop strategies to increase student participation and institutional collaborations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the overseas internship space.
Candidate Profile
- MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred).
- 36 years of experience in:
- Hospitality training & placement
- Institutional tie-ups / B2B business development
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for college visits and seminars.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and relationship-focused professional.
Preferred Background
- Experience in overseas internship programs or the hospitality sector.
- Existing network with hotel management institutes is a strong advantage.
