Velmur Group is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager with a strong sales mindset and knowledge of the construction industry.

Job Title: Business Development Manager Construction Estimating Services

Location: Mumbai (On-Site)

Industry: Construction / Estimating / B2B Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads through outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and industry databases

Pitch our construction estimating services to potential clients such as general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and architects

Understand client project needs and recommend appropriate estimating solutions

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and relationship-building

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Collaborate with the estimating and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery

Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reports on outreach, conversions, and feedback

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (construction/engineering background preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in phone and video sales conversations

Good understanding of construction industry terminology and estimating processes

Must be based in Mumbai and available to work on-site

Willing to work U.S. hours (evening/night shift) to align with client time zones

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure
