Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Development /Account Manager (US Staffing) for managing client relationships, overseeing staffing solutions, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates within the client organizations, specifically in the United States.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients (mainly US-based companies).
  • Understanding the staffing needs of clients and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.


Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

  • Collaborating with the recruitment team to source qualified candidates.
  • Screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and assessing their suitability for client positions.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both permanent and contract roles.


Business Development:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base.
  • Negotiating contracts and terms with clients.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering on staffing requirements efficiently.


Project Coordination:

  • Managing multiple client accounts and ensuring timely delivery of staffing solutions.
  • Monitoring the progress of ongoing placements and ensuring that clients are satisfied.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements related to staffing and hiring.


Team Collaboration:

  • Working closely with other departments like HR, recruitment, and operations to meet client expectations.
  • Providing feedback to the recruitment team regarding client needs and candidate performance.


Reporting & Documentation:

  • Keeping track of client feedback, billing, and staffing metrics.
  • Providing regular updates and reports to clients and internal teams.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the staffing industry, especially in the US market.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Business acumen and the ability to negotiate and close deals.
