Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with hands-on experience in US Non-IT staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in client acquisition, relationship management, and business growth within the US staffing market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new US Non-IT staffing clients
  • Build strong relationships with US end clients, MSPs, and direct vendors
  • Generate new business through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with clients
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Stay updated on US staffing trends and market conditions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience as a BDM / Sales / Client Acquisition in US Non-IT Staffing
  • Strong knowledge of US recruitment lifecycle and staffing models
  • Proven experience in direct client handling and business closure
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Good understanding of contracts, rates, and compliance (W2, C2C, 1099 basics)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)

Preferred Skills:

  • Existing client contacts in the US Non-IT staffing market
  • Experience working with MSP/VMS portals
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
