What you'll focus on
- Develop and execute outbound strategies targeting US-based brands and enterprises
- Run high-quality discovery calls aligned to US sales standards and expectations
- Lead negotiations and close deals with senior executives (VPs, Directors, Founders)
- Build and manage a strong US-focused pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Understand US time zones and manage outreach cadence effectively
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver client-centric solutions
- Drive expansion revenue within existing US accounts
What you bring
- Has proven B2B full-cycle sales experience targeting the US market
- Has consistently met or exceeded revenue targets selling to US clients
- Understands US buying behaviour, objection handling, and long sales cycles
- Is comfortable working in US time zones when required
- Comes from SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, or high-growth tech environments (preferred)
- Has strong commercial acumen and experience handling negotiations in USD contracts
- Is disciplined with CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Is confident, articulate, and culturally aligned with US business communication
