About Us: Every Last Detail (ELD) is a Mumbai-based agency specializing in social media strategy, content creation, and brand storytelling. We work with lifestyle, beauty, and luxury brands to create engaging campaigns that connect with audiences and amplify brand presence.


Working Model: Hybrid (12 days WFO per month mandatory)

Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Days: Monday - Friday

Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Budget: 50 to 75k per month (depending on experience)

Experience: 3 - 6 years


Role Overview: We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the agencys growth by acquiring new clients, managing key relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be confident, persuasive, and strategic, with a proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals in a fast-paced agency environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and approach potential clients aligned with ELDs expertise in lifestyle, beauty, and luxury sectors
  • Present agency capabilities through compelling pitches and proposals
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and deals are successfully closed

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute quarterly business development plans
  • Track performance against targets and adjust strategy as required
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients

Market Insight & Representation

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
  • Represent ELD at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
  • Ensure proposals and presentations reflect the agencys creativity and professionalism


Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition; agency experience preferred
  • Strong pitching, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
  • Outgoing, confident, and target-driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan strategically, execute independently, and manage multiple clients
