We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with strong experience in domestic staffing (India market). The role focuses on new client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth across Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), models.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and onboard new domestic clients across IT / Non-IT staffing.
• Drive business through end-to-end sales cycle lead generation, meetings, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Develop and manage key client accounts with long-term relationship building.
• Understand client workforce requirements and provide customized staffing solutions.
• Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery and closure.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue, billing, and onboarding targets.
• Manage pricing, commercials, MSAs, NDAs, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain strong client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and hiring demands in the domestic market.
• Prepare MIS, forecasts, and sales reports for management review.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in domestic staffing business development.
• Strong exposure to IT recruitment services.
• Proven track record in new client acquisition and closures.
• Hands-on experience with Contract, C2H,
• Excellent client communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of Indian hiring market and compliance basics.
• Ability to work independently and drive revenue targets.
• Experience working with recruitment delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing client network in the Indian market.
• Experience working with MSPs, direct clients, or mid-to-large enterprises.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools.
