Job Summary:


Lead Generation Manager/BDM


The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business

opportunities by connecting with potential clients across industries. You will play a pivotal role in the

agencys growth by generating leads through various channels such as email outreach, LinkedIn,

databases, and cold calling.


Key Responsibilities:

Research, identify, and prospect potential clients through online platforms, social media, and

industry directories.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of qualified leads.

Execute email marketing campaigns and follow up on responses.

Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Lusha to generate leads.

Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and messages to set up meetings/demos for the sales

team.

Maintain lead databases in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).

Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align lead generation activities with campaign

goals.

Track, analyze, and report lead generation metrics and performance.


Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

5-6 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in a digital marketing or B2B service-based

company.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.

Strong research skills and ability to identify high-quality prospects.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and highly organized.


Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.)

Experience using automation tools like Lemlist, Instantly, or Mailchimp for outreach.
