Job Title:

Business Development Manager SaaS (ATS Domain)


Experience:

36 Years (Must have SaaS Sales Experience)


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with strong experience in SaaS-based application sales. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to ATS (Applicant Tracking System) companies and hands-on experience managing the complete end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.


Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Sales Ownership

  • Manage complete sales cycle: prospecting demo proposal negotiation closure
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline

SaaS / ATS Sales

  • Sell SaaS-based HR Tech / ATS solutions to mid-size and enterprise clients
  • Conduct product demos and solution presentations
  • Understand client hiring challenges and position ATS solutions effectively

Revenue & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Coordinate with implementation & support teams post-sale
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SaaS application sales
  • Prior experience working with ATS / HR Tech companies (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience handling complete sales lifecycle
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated


Good to Have:

  • Experience selling to HR / Talent Acquisition teams
  • Enterprise or B2B solution selling exposure
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
