We are looking for a hungry, tech-savvy Sales Champion to help us bridge the gap between world-class developers and the companies that need them most.

The Mission:

  • Hunt & Close: Identify and reach out to CTOs, Founders, and Engineering Managers who are scaling their teams.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand a clients tech stack and project needs to recommend the right talent or outsourced solution.
  • Relationship Building: Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contracts and long-term partnerships.
  • Market Intelligence: Use AI tools (like Apollo or Clay) to find high-intent leads.

Who You Are:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (Staffing or SaaS experience is a huge plus!).
  • You speak "Developer"you know the difference between a Frontend Dev and a DevOps Engineer.
  • You are a self-starter who loves the thrill of the hunt.
  • You are comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools to stay organized.
