Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Bengaluru, India. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, and creating strategies to drive revenue growth. Core activities include prospecting and reaching out to potential clients, preparing and delivering impactful presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs. The Manager will also focus on maintaining knowledge of product offerings and industry trends to effectively represent Stag Elevators in the market.
Qualifications

Business development and client relationship management skills
Strong market research, sales strategy, and contract negotiation abilities
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in managing leads, identifying opportunities, and closing deals
Proven track record in sales and achieving revenue targets in a similar field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, adapt to fast-paced environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience in the elevator or vertical mobility industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
