Having an experience of 8-10 years into Luxurious Furniture, Artefacts and

Accessories.

Preferably have handled International Furniture and Brands.

Having Robust exposure to latest International and Local Market

trends.

Having Strong Strategizing skills to promote our Products and Analytical skills

towards Business growth, Expansion and Profitability.

Should have excellent presentation skills and good Rapport with A-Class

Architects, Interior Designers, Builders and HNI clients to generate leads.

To Lead, Manage and Drive Business growth for the Furniture Division.

Business Development Manager Lighting Division

Have worked 7-10 years into Technical and Decorative lightings

Preferably has handled International Lightings, Brands & Products.

Having Robust exposure to latest International (European) and Local Market

trends.

Having Strong Strategizing skills to promote our Products and Analytical skills

towards Business growth, Expansion and Profitability.

Should have excellent presentation skills and a good Rapport with A-Class

Architects, Interior Designers, Builders and HNI clients, to generate leads.

To Lead, Manage and Drive Business growth for the lighting Division.

Business Development Manager - Textile Division

Visiting Architects & Interior Designers for branding, business promotion & building

relations for generating leads for bulk business

Organising & managing meetings / events between Dealers and Architect & Interior

Designers as per plan

Generating Sales by building tie-ups between Dealer and Architect & Interior

Designers Meeting monthly sales targets

Travel to different cities and locations for the above activities

Carrying samples and catalogues for presentation

Submitting DSR and meeting reports through software and apps

Good spoken and written English Communication skills

Previous experience in similar role specifically in dealing with Architect & Interior

Designers (AID) for similar home dcor or furniture or architectural fittings or

paints or related products

Willing to travel and do field work in Bombay and other towns

1. 3 years` experience in dealing with architects, contractors and interior designers

2. Experience of promoting Home dcor, furniture, Furnishings, paints, decorative

products, Wall paper, etc within AID fraternity.

3. Personal connections with Good number of AIDs

4. Ability to generate high-value project orders.

5. Willingness to travel frequently across different cities.

6. Decent pleasant personality

7. Good English and Hindi communication skills
