About the Role

We are looking for a Domain Expert Client Recruiter who can act as a strategic bridge between clients and sourcing teams across Web and Software Development, Digital Marketing, Graphics and Design, and Video and Animation verticals.

This role is client facing, sales driven, and consultative in nature. You will deeply understand client requirements, translate them into structured sourcing briefs, and guide the process from intake to successful order placement.

You will own the relationship end to end and ensure every client receives high quality, well aligned talent recommendations.

Key Responsibility

Serve as the primary client-facing recruiter, building trust and gathering detailed requirements on Zoom

Translate client discussions into clear, structured briefs/documents

Align sourcing outputs with client expectations across technical, creative, and marketing domains

Deliver recommendation reports and advise clients in evaluating talent options

Validate satisfaction and proactively guide clients toward order placement

Drive conversion from recommendations to confirmed orders

Act as the single point of contact between clients and sourcing teams

Provide structured feedback to continuously improve candidate quality, accuracy, and turnaround time

Manage multiple client requests while ensuring quality and timeline adherence

Proven recruiting experience in technical, marketing, or creative verticals

Strong client facing, consultative, and sales oriented approach

Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable sourcing briefs

Strong understanding of roles across web development, marketing, design, and video production

Excellent English communication skills

Highly organized, capable of managing multiple parallel client engagements

Collaborative mindset with ownership of the full client journey
