OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for the growth and monetization of our diverse digital portfolio, including the TeluguOne YouTube Network, our Internet radio platforms, and the TeluguOne web portal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Revenue Generation: Identify and close advertising and sponsorship deals for our YouTube channels and web properties.

Brand Solutions: Create 360-degree marketing proposals for brands, including content integration, pre-roll ads, and custom digital campaigns.

Client Portfolio: Build and maintain strong relationships with ad agencies and direct corporate clients.

Radio Monetization: Drive sales for our Internet Radio platform by pitching to local and national advertisers.

Market Strategy: Analyze digital trends and competitor moves to stay ahead in the Telugu digital media landscape.

QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Strong understanding of YouTube monetization and Digital Ad metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English.
• Ability to pitch creative ideas and negotiate high-value contracts.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
