Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 25 years of experience in B2B sales with strong expertise in lead generation. Handling and guiding a small sales team will also be part of this role. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the organizations revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation will be the primary responsibility through LinkedIn, cold calling, emails, and other B2B channels.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Handle and guide a small sales team, ensuring productivity and achievement of targets.
- Present and explain compliance-related and consulting services to prospective clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 5 years in Business Development / Sales (B2B preferred).
- Strong understanding of lead generation, B2B sales processes, and client acquisition.
- Experience in team handling will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to compliance, finance, or HR outsourcing domains will be a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for lead generation.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
