Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth for our IT Staffing & Recruitment Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT staffing sales, client acquisition, account management, and contract staffing solutions. This role focuses on building long-term client relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for IT staffing and recruitment services (contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent staffing).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, procurement teams, and MSP/VMS partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver high-quality IT talent.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on IT industry trends, staffing market conditions, and competitor offerings.
  • Work closely with delivery, recruitment, and leadership teams to ensure seamless service delivery.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within IT staffing/recruitment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and staffing models.
  • Experience working with MSP/VMS programs (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong client relationship and account management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing client network in IT staffing or technology services.
  • Experience selling staffing solutions in India.
  • Knowledge of contract staffing compliance and labor laws.
  • Experience working with offshore/onshore recruitment teams.
