Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager from the IT Staffing industry with strong expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) sales. The role requires a proven track record in hunting, farming, and mining client accounts to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition (Hunting) in IT staffing, especially C2H engagements
- Manage and grow existing client accounts (Farming & Mining)
- Generate and convert leads into successful staffing opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Work closely with recruitment/delivery teams for timely fulfillment
- Negotiate commercials and close deals
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting
Mandatory Requirements
- 515 years of experience in IT Staffing sales
- Hands-on experience in C2H staffing is mandatory
- Strong experience in Hunting, Farming, and Mining
- Proven revenue generation track record
- Excellent client management and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of IT roles and staffing lifecycle
