Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager - Power Transmission and Distribution O&M will drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, and developing proposals. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, collaborating with internal teams, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will also contribute to the preparation of bids, contracts, and strategic plans to achieve operational targets and revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Skills in business strategy, market analysis, and identifying new business opportunities
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Technical knowledge in power transmission and distribution operations and maintenance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in preparing proposals and reports
- Project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects
- Problem-solving mindset and analytical capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Experience in the power transmission and distribution industry will be an advantage
