Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result oriented Business Development Manager Offline Sales to drive revenue growth through field sales, doctor referrals, and local promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building referral networks with doctors, conducting regular hospital and clinic visits, and executing impactful activities to strengthen Oncares presence in the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular meetings with doctors for referral and to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

Generate business through field sales activities across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centres.

Expand referral network in assigned territories (West Delhi & Gurugram).

Plan and execute local campaigns to increase brand visibility and patient leads.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Maintain accurate records of meetings, follow ups, and sales reports.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market feedback.

Required Skills & Competencies

Hands on experience in building referral networks with doctors through regular visits in assigned territories (hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centres).

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Proven track record in field sales within the healthcare/hospital segment.

Target driven with strong negotiation and closing skills.

Strong understanding of the local healthcare ecosystem in Delhi NCR (West Delhi, Gurugram), including hospitals, clinics, and referral networks.
