Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging
potential customers, conducting outbound outreach, and scheduling qualified demos with
Account Executives (AEs) to drive revenue growth. You will be the first point of contact for new
prospects and play a key role in fueling the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new
business opportunities.
Identify and engage potential customers, understanding their needs and pain points.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure only high-potential prospects are
handed over to AEs.
Schedule and coordinate product demos and meetings with Account Executives.
Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and prospect information in the CRM
(e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Handle initial objections and guide prospects toward booking a demo.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and
messaging.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities better.
What Were Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in
SaaS.
Strong ability to engage prospects and qualify leads efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections professionally.
Experience using CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
