We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager / City Manager who will be responsible for driving business growth, strategic partnerships, and city-level expansion for our Ecommerce B2C clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, partnerships, market expansion, and on-ground business operations.

Drive business development and revenue growth for assigned city/region

Identify and build strategic partnerships with local businesses, vendors, and societies

Plan and execute city-level growth strategies and on-ground activations

Manage hyperlocal user acquisition and market expansion initiatives

Build strong relationships with partners, vendors, and key stakeholders

Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and city-level targets

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to drive growth

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights

2 15 years of experience in Business Development / City Management / Sales

Experience in Ecommerce, Hyperlocal, B2C platforms, or marketplace businesses

Strong negotiation, partnership, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage on-ground operations and local market expansion

Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving ability

Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Experience working with Ecommerce, Food Delivery, Quick Commerce, Mobility, or Hyperlocal platforms

Experience managing city-level P&L or regional sales targets
