Senior Business Development Manager (3 - 5+ Years)

We are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager with 3 - 5+ Years of experience to lead strategic growth initiatives and drive highvalue business partnerships. The ideal candidate will handle endtoend sales cycles, build strong client relationships, and lead revenuefocused strategies.

Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate must be able to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities, bring in new clients independently, and consistently drive revenue growth.
  • Build and manage highvalue client relationships.
  • Lead strategic sales planning, forecasting, and execution.
  • Handle client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Mentor junior sales/BD teams and support overall targets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience with international markets (US/UK preferred).
  • Onsite interview mandatory; work from office.
