The role involves strengthening market presence in uncovered or high-potential districts, ensuring distributor development, and implementing structured PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) for systematic market coverage.

- Strong execution mindset, negotiation skills, and result orientation
Qualification
MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
Experience
Relevant experience in business development, sales, or distribution management (industry-specific experience preferred)
