Job Description

Sales Development Representative

Lets unlock the hiring potentials within you We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic, energetic, and ambitious Business Development Executive OR Inside Sales Associate to join our Sales team and build a strong portfolio of clients. The ideal candidates are required to work in the US shift from Monday through Friday.


Experience: Up to 1 years of International calling experience.

Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Work Hours: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST OR 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST

Working Days: Monday to Friday ( 5 Days )


Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads from LinkedIn and other platform and make outbound calls.
  • Introduce the companys services clearly and professionally to potential clients.
  • Generate new clients and business for the service that provide in the company portfolio.
  • Understand the prospects basic needs and pain points to determine interest and qualify them.
  • Schedule qualified appointments or discovery calls for the BDM with interested prospects.
  • Coordinate calendars between the lead and the BDM to avoid scheduling conflicts.
  • Follow up with leads who showed interest but didnt convert immediately to secure future appointments.
  • Log all calls, conversations, follow-ups, and appointments in the CRM system or in Excel sheet
  • Responsible for lead generation for clients who are interested for outsourcing recruitment services.
  • Keep lead records updated with notes, status, and next steps.
  • Tag leads correctly (interested, not interested, follow-up needed, wrong contact, etc.).
  • Ask initial qualifying questions to assess if the lead fits the Ideal Client Profile (ICP).
  • Maintain close coordination with the BDM to ensure smooth handoff of leads and share background information.
  • Share weekly summaries of outreach efforts, conversion rates, and feedback from prospects.
  • Execute timely follow-up calls or emails for leads who request more information or need time to decide.
  • Re-engage past leads who went cold to check if timing has changed.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for number of calls made, emails sent, and appointments booked.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Must be an active listener.
  • Any Bachelors degree is a plus.
  • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives.
  • Ability to work as an active member of a team.
