Job Description

Drive business growth by developing and managing OEM customer relationships, securing new auto components, sheet metal components, and other automotive and off-highway OEMs.


The role focuses on converting opportunities into profitable orders, strengthening customer confidence, and acting as the key commercial interface between customers and internal teams.


Responsibilities:

Manage OEM customer interface from RFQ to serial production.

Drive new business acquisition for auto and fabrication components.

Coordinate with internal teams for costing, feasibility, development, and approvals.

Handle commercial negotiations and order finalization.

Support customer audits, reviews, and ongoing account management.


Requirements:

Bachelors degree in engineering preferably with a master's in management

Minimum 5 years of experience in auto components industry

Direct exposure to OEM customers and RFQ handling.

Good understanding of automotive quality systems (APQP, PPAP, SOP timelines).

Strong commercial and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint.


Preferred Skills:

Exposure to overseas customers or global OEMs.

Knowledge of steel grades, fabrication processes, and tooling concepts.

Familiarity with ERP / CRM systems.
