Hiring: Business Development Manager MICE

Location: Noida (Work from Office 6 days a week)

A leading organization in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) industry is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive corporate sales and expand client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to grow the MICE portfolio

Generate sales leads, build a strong pipeline, and achieve revenue targets

Understand client requirements and design customized MICE solutions

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth event execution

Travel within India and internationally for client meetings and MICE groups

Track market trends, competition, and new business opportunities

Requirements:

46 years of sales experience in MICE / Travel / Service industry

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Proven track record in sales and relationship management

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Candidates preferably based in East Delhi, Noida, South Delhi, or Central Delhi

Compensation: As per industry standards
