Role Description
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
-Product knowledge of consumer packaging (Self Adhesive Labels & Shrink Sleeves)
-Presentable, Excellent Communication, Enthusiastic, Self-Motivated
-Proven record of business growth YOY in terms of number & volume.
-Good knowledge of Business, Customers, Industry, Geographical segment as a major contributor of growth.
-Identifying customer needs and providing solution for the same.
-Identifying new markets and business avenue
-Continuously evaluate new initiatives and work with operations team for faster TATs, product development, quality, and service to ensure customer satisfaction & retention.
-Hands on experience with spreadsheet & ppt with an understanding of data and trend analysis
-Monitoring market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs, and adjust strategies, as necessary.
-Identifying new business opportunities and developing and implementing sales plans to penetrate new markets and customer segments.
-Provides short term and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection and analysis.
-Collaborate with cross departmental teams within the organization to develop successful marketing strategies either directly with customers or with strategic partners with the objective of driving growth.
-Ability to interact and communicate effectively with Top management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience

- Focused and goal oriented.
- Multiple openings for ASS. BDM, BDM AND SR. BDM POSITION
- Female candidates are priority.
