We help startups and agencies scale their engineering teams with reliable offshore developers.

We are now looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager who can independently generate and close new clients in the US/UK market.

Role Overview

This is a pure revenue-driving role.

We are looking for someone with minimum 3 years of experience in IT services / staffing / staff augmentation sales, who can:

  • Generate their own leads
  • Build client pipeline
  • Close deals independently
  • Bring recurring monthly billing
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach US/UK SaaS startups, agencies, and product companies
  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and networking
  • Pitch staff augmentation and dedicated developer model
  • Conduct discovery calls with Founders / CTOs
  • Close long-term contracts
  • Maintain relationship with active clients
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets
Required Experience
  • Minimum 3+ years in IT services / staffing sales
  • Experience selling to US/UK clients preferred
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Staff Augmentation model
  • Dedicated developer model
  • Offshore delivery
  • Proven track record of closing deals
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Comfortable working with revenue targets

  • Knows how to talk to CTOs & founders
  • Not dependent only on inbound leads
Compensation Structure

We offer:

Option 1:

  • Fixed salary + High performance-based commission

Option 2:

  • Low fixed + High recurring commission

Commission Structure:

  • 1015% recurring commission on closed monthly billing (for first 612 months)

High performers can easily earn 1L3L per month in incentives.

Location

Remote / Hybrid (India)

Must be available in US time overlap for client calls.
