Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Delhi NCR (Hybrid)

About the Company:
Azpirantz Technologies, through its Consulting Division, delivers enterprise-focused services in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), ISMS implementation, cybersecurity consulting, and risk advisory across multiple industries.
We are expanding our cybersecurity consulting business and seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive enterprise sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new enterprise business opportunities through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and market research
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise prospects
- Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and pitch cybersecurity & GRC consulting services
- Understand client requirements related to IT Security, Risk Management, Compliance, and Governance
- Convert leads into consulting engagements and drive closures
- Develop long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Represent the organization at networking forums and industry events
Eligibility Criteria:
- 46 years of experience in IT Services Sales / Cybersecurity Sales / Consulting Sales (B2B)
- Proven track record in enterprise lead generation and revenue achievement
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of IT Security, ISMS, GRC, Risk & Compliance solutions
- Self-motivated and target-driven with ability to work independently
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Bachelors Degree (any discipline)
