We are looking for business development manager who has worked with only MSP partners (Allegis Global Solutions, Magnit, Pontoon Solutions, Randstad Sourceright, Kelly OCG, Guidant Global) of fortune 500 companies.

Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities within the US staffing market through Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS). The role involves identifying potential clients, onboarding new MSP programs, building strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue through staffing services.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development

  • Identify and develop new MSP/VMS opportunities in the US staffing market.
  • Build relationships with MSP partners, program managers, and procurement teams.
  • Generate leads and convert them into staffing contracts or vendor partnerships.
  • Expand the companys footprint within existing MSP programs.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with MSP program offices and hiring managers.
  • Act as the primary contact for MSP accounts and ensure smooth communication.
  • Negotiate contracts, rate cards, and service agreements.

3. Vendor Management Systems (VMS) Management

Work with common VMS platforms such as:

  • Fieldglass
  • Beeline
  • IQNavigator
  • PRO Unlimited Wand

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing job requisitions from VMS portals
  • Tracking submissions, interviews, and placements
  • Monitoring performance metrics and SLAs

4. Revenue & Target Management

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Increase revenue through contract staffing, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements.
  • Forecast sales pipeline and report to leadership.

5. Collaboration with Recruitment Teams

  • Work closely with recruiters and account managers to fulfill client requirements.
  • Provide detailed job requirements and client expectations.
  • Ensure quality submissions and timely delivery.

6. Market Research

  • Monitor US staffing industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Identify new MSP programs and vendor opportunities.


Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of US staffing and recruitment industry
  • Experience working with MSP/VMS models
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Ability to build relationships with MSP program managers
  • Understanding of rate cards, markups, and staffing margins


Preferred Experience

  • 410 years experience in US IT/Non-IT staffing business development
  • Prior experience working with MSP programs such as:
  • Allegis Global Solutions
  • Magnit
  • Pontoon Solutions
  • Randstad Sourceright
  • Kelly OCG
  • Guidant Global


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of new MSP programs onboarded
  • Revenue generated from MSP accounts
  • Placement volume through VMS portals
  • Client satisfaction and retention


Education

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field
