Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in sales, business development, and client onboarding within a marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in influencer marketing sales and be eager to drive growth in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify, reach out to, and close deals with brands and agencies for influencer marketing campaigns.
• Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base and revenue streams.
• Lead Generation & Pitching: Research potential clients, create proposals, and deliver impactful presentations.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring repeat business and upselling opportunities.
• Onboarding & Execution: Work closely with internal teams to onboard new clients and ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sales and business development within a marketing agency (preferably in influencer marketing).
• Strong network and connections within brands and agencies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and drive growth.
• Self-motivated with a hunger for closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
